Willie Lee Nattiel, Jr., Esquire

J.D. Degree with Honors, Wake Forest University 1988; B.S.Degrees in Economics and Mechanical Engineering, summa cum laude, University of Southern California, 1984. Attended U.S. Military Academy at West Point, prior to matriculating at University of Southern California. Admitted to the PA Bar 1988, Also admitted to U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of PA, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and The United States Supreme Court (2002). Founder and Senior Director/President/CEO of the law firm, which is the successor to Nattiel, Skipper, Cardwell-Hughes & Smyler. Areas of concentration: Corporate Law, Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, Business Consultation and Personal Representation. Prior to the formation of the firm, Mr. Nattiel served as a Senior Associate at a small minority-owned law firm.  Mr. Nattiel was also a Staff Attorney in the Major Trial Unit of the Public Defender Association of Philadelphia. Professional Associations include the American Bar Association, PA Bar Association (Criminal Law Advisory Committee and Small Business Section), Philadelphia Bar Association (Criminal Justice Section-Executive Committee, Municipal Courts Committee and Diversity Committee), 100 Black Men Association, Inc., and the Barrister’s Association of Philadelphia. Mr. Nattiel has served on the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Merit Selection Committee and on the Investigative Committee of the Committee for Judicial Selection and Retention; serves on the Court Appointment Screening Committee (Philadelphia Bar Association) and the Board of Governors of the Academy of Law, Criminal Justice and Public Administration (Philadelphia High School Academies, Inc.) and has been extensively involved with a number of mentoring programs such as TEMPLE LEAP and others. Mr. Nattiel has also been an instructor at numerous Pennsylvania Bar Association Programs (CLE Programs) such as “Civil Litigation,” “How to defend DUI Cases”, Representing Small Businesses,” Search and Seizure Law of PA” and other programs. Mr. Nattiel is a noted criminal and civil litigator, who was one of the inaugural recipients of the “ Life Changing Moments Make a Difference” Awards from the Philadelphia Comprehensive Centers for Fathers on March 1, 2005. Mr. Nattiel has received numerous awards for his legal and non-legal work within the community. Since 2010, Mr. Nattiel has primarily dealt with litigation and consultative matters and will be transitioning into primarily consultative matters commencing in 2012.
