Vaughn A. Booker, Esquire

J.D. Degree 1983- University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Pittsburgh, PA.- B.A. Degree in Political Science 1979- Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, 1984; Admitted to the United Sates District Court for the Easter District of Pennsylvania in 1988 and admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 1994. Prior to his affiliation with the firm, Mr. Booker worked as a Managing Attorney and Senior Trial Attorney for Allstate Insurance Company. Areas of Concentration and skills include extensive Civil and Trial Litigation, emphasis on Personal Injury Litigation, including Motor Vehicle accidents, Slip and fall accidents, Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist cases, Workers Compensation cases and Medical Negligence cases. Just prior to relocation to Philadelphia, PA, Mr. Nelson served as a Staff Attorney and Executive Director of Broome Legal Services Corporation in Binghamton, NY. Roderick Baltimore, Esquire

Mr. Baltimore served as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender in the Department of Public Advocate of the Public Defender Association of Camden, NJ from November, 1990 to March, 1993; from September, 1986 to November, 1990. Mr. Baltimore served as Staff Attorney in the Department of Public Advocate of the Office of the Public Defender in East Orange, NJ. Anser Ahmad, Esquire

Mr. Ahmad has over ten years of legal experience. His practice focuses on all immigration matters (including all filings before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (formerly INS), representation in removal/deportation proceedings before the Executive Office of Immigration Review, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Federal Habeas Corpus Petitions). He has aided numerous clients in sponsoring both immigrant and non-immigrant workers through H, L, and EB visa categories. 
He also handles all aspects of employment law and litigation matters. He has represented both employers and employees before Federal and State Courts and administrative agencies throughout the region on matters including employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, defamation and other employment torts, employment agreements, and covenants not to compete. 
Mr. Ahmad also has significant trial experience having conducted over fifty trials in both state and Federal courts in both civil and criminal law. Mr. Ahmad also represents clients in various contract disputes whether they pertain to franchise agreements, non-compete agreements, leases, and business purchase agreements.
